Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative product to Boots Protect & Perfect serum? It is becoming really expensive these days.

I haven't found one, I tend to buy it on 3 for 2, usually when there is a voucher offer on, and also use points to pay when I've accumulated enough.
Why not ask for a Boots gift card for birthdays or Christmas?0 -
Yes, I also go in for the 3 for 2 offers and double points. I notcied that they do a 6 tube bundle of the P & P intense online for £75. This works out at £12.50 per tube, which is very good but I think Mr OH would have a fit if I spent that much on face stuff all in one go.0

The Aldi skin care range has great reviews and is so cheap it may be worth a try.0

Soap & Glory do a nice one for about £15 (and they're often on 3 for 2 in Boots!) - it's the Super Rejuvenating Face Serum. I've been using it for a few months on my skin and really love it :-)0

I used to use the Boots one too, but too expensive for me now!
I have combination skin but can get pretty oily, normal moisturiser was far too heavy during the day time, although I do use a heavy duty one at night my morning routine was a serum only!
I tried the Aldi one - resulted in a more oil and what looked like a hardly there rash!
I also tried the Oil of Olay serum when that was half price, and again no good for me!
Then I was ready The Guardian online and they have a video clip on their beauty section on serum, the first 4 or so were hugely expensive and I mean heaps like £50 plus and then she said about a Superdrug one called Aqua Hydrating serum - less than a fiver, i thought I was hearing things as all the others were proper high end. And bu**er me I find it as good as the Boots one but sshhhh, as I don't want superdrug selling out or putting the price up! It is fairly light and not thick and heavy but perfect for my skin, I am currently using up the Oil of Olay one as I don't want to throw it away as I am proper saving money but can't wait to get back to my trusty superdrug one. I had to find a large store, it is in their pure range in a white and blue pump bottle!
Hope this helps!0
