Hi everyone,I did a search but I couldn't find this site mentioned.
I have started to make my own cards and tags to save some money, while I was looking for cheap envelopes and cards I came across a site that you can download things for free. There are lots of cards, tags, book marks and heaps of christmas stuff.

please move if I have posted in the wrong place.

Thanks for that. I'll have a proper look tomorrow. I've been making my own cards and things for a number of years now, selling some through my hairdresser!!
Always on the look out for new ideas!!!!0 -
I started crafting last year and my hobby has grown so much that what was just one little box in the sitting room is now five large boxes . It is such good fun and very absorbing. I went to a local authority class for six weeks and then the class was closed down for lack of funds .the eight our ladies and I banded together and found a local church hall where we meet once a fortnight on a tuesday afternoon .It costs a fraction of what our classes cost and there is one lady who is extremely good and she shows the rest of us how to do different things. I have just returned from America and brought almost a suitcase of stuff back. I love tea-bag folding and stamping and embossing. We make lots of cards and donate them to charities .My eldest DD works in a special-needs school and they get lots made for their summer and Christmas fete's. Card making is really good0

Tea bag folding sounds interesting, shop bought cards are so expensive:eek: .Last week in Tesco I managed to buy 50 blank cards with envelopes reduced to £1.50,so the cards I am making are only costing a few pence,:j the site i mentioned above has some great gift boxes to make for christmas, beware once on the site you will be there for hours.:rotfl:0

I also started card making as a money saving thing, but 6 months on and I have a whole storage container full of stuff! Most were Christmas and birthday presents so at least it's still remained money saving. It's very addictive.
I keep all my old cards now and any bits of coloured paper I find (like a green envelope from junk mail for example).0
