Hi ,
My mum has had a makro Trade card for over a year now but she is going to leave her current job and get a new one.
Would i still be able to use the makro card when my mum dont work for them anymore.
Thanks

you are not allowed to shop on any card if you move jobs or end/change business etc but they don't find out until the employers contact makro of any changes
this is usually when new staff are appointed and are given a new card or if the card is not used very much ie 6months/9 months
makro do the registar and they take customers off file if they don't spend regular and you have to re-registar, in our case you couldn't
best thing is for your mum to ask her new employer for a card or for you to try to get one yourself
what is your line of work and are you part of any organizations?
lots of people get cards who aren't buisness or traders

i would just continue to use it until they tell you you can't
and then act as if you didn't know you couldn't still use it
when it expires it will come up at the till point and they will ask you to re-registar and will put your goods onto a day pass for that day
they will not refuse your business but won't issue you with another card until you give them proof that you are entitled to a card

Hi personally I don't rate Makro as much any more, the store near us has just been re arranged and it now very much resembles a warehouse!!
My DH and myself have had cards for nearly 20 years there, through his business.
But if you have acess to a Costco I think that beats makro hands down, and is much easier to join as a personal member. Although I think it may be slightly more expensive that way.
Anyway just my ideas!0
