How do i get in contact with payplan? Have tried for the last two weeks,through email,justabank messaging,phoning, leaving answerphone messages.....

I know they are a charity,and it's free but please any advise would be welcome.

I've been having the same trouble,been trying to contact them for about a week to tell them I want to up my payment,but can't get through to anyone! I've also been trying to get access to my justabank account since November (lost password and no) but I can't get them to give me the info I need.
Good luck anyway.

Thanks livinginhope,we are the same cannot even get in contact with my case officer.Justabank logged in first time got up to the second part but some incoming and outgoing are wrong so need them to change it but no luck so far.

hi i managed to get in contact through e-mail and have been able to log on today to just a bank. Try again my case officer said they had a few problems this week

Just out of intrest. Do you know the name of your case officer? As my OH's is off ill maybe its the same one.

Hi.

I am with Payplan and ,i must admit, not had much luck lately with the email service.

Phoned them the other day and got through to my case officer within 1 minute. Since then everything has gone to plan ,for me at least, with minimul hassle .
I hope you get sorted soon craftingqueen.

Thouht it would give you all a little bit of hope.

It may depend on what time of day you ring? I've had no trouble in getting in touch with them!

OH's is Sophie, last he heard she was off ill. He had a phone appointment last week at 7.30pm and 7.30pm on the dot someone from Paypal phoned to say they would have to cancel because Sophie was off ill and they would have to rebook.
