hey guys,
A friends mortgage is up for renewal and hes asked me to help out as he remember me looking at them, but that was a while back lol.
All the offers I can see at the moment are for like 60/65% LTV
Currently with RBS Capital+Interest 5.99%
NO ERC/Leaving fee now
House Value: £120,000
Outstanding: £97,250
Term Remaining 32 Yr
Currently pays: £570 p/m
Any help appreciated.

The loan to value is 81%, so you need to look at 85% products.
Does he want a fix, or a tracker? If so, for how long? Is he prepared to accept an early repayment penalty? What about the transfer costs?
Does he want to remain with the 32 years which are left, or perhaps look at a shorter term?
