bank first so you make the mistakes on bank customers with no liability for yourself. like any exam, you start learning after you pass. Plus you get a walk in client bank to build up from.

Passing the exams is easy. Getting people in front of you is the hard part and where most fail.

Estate Agent. Baptism of fire. Learn all you need to know about the whole house buying process in a (car) crash course. Sweaty palms. Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll. Edge of your seat. Brilliant but burnout ratio high.

Go self employed and return to sanity.

Any DA firm, Bank or EA will be a good environment - u are likely to be put under a lot more pressure at an EA though for sales and every EA can differ massively

bank every time, still some pressure but nothing like an estate agency. Loads of clients to practice on, appointments made for you, pensions etc. Only downside is you may have to wear one of their skanky suits!
