    Congratulations!

I'm shocked at there being an 8 hour interview - no reflection on yourself but when i been to leeds railway station most GNER are right grumpy wotsits who wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face!

    But nevertheless congratulations

Yes we had a couple of maths/symetrical tests , roll play interview and a one to one interview at the end , lot of time spent waiting around before we knew who had gone through but well worth the wait . Just glad im going into a job with variety as we could be trackside /on board doing various jobs which makes a change from the labourious jobs ive undertaken in the past in warehousing etc .
Oh we will soon sort out the grumpy ones lol Not noticed myself but that will soon change ! Smile and treat the customer as you would like to be treated yourself i say ..

Well done and Congratulations. I haven't found them grumpy on Leeds station but I'm not an awkward customer, just a confused memeber of the public who only goes to Leeds occasion ally and doesn't know her way about
    Good luck
