Winner Selection: All entries will be judged by a panel of judges containing at least one independent member. Entries will be judged on the following criteria:

• Originality – either in the use of the cheese or the combination of ingredients
• Creativity - how well the recipe showcases the taste and versatility of the cheese
• Quality of submission – how well the entry is written and presented

The top scoring entrant will win the prize.
