E: 31/03 (?) Win 1 of 3 trips to Brussels (FB, photo upload)

https://www.facebook.com/europeanparliament/app_441037302643551

"Do you believe in freedom, protection, solidarity and gender equality ? As citizens of the European Union, we all do! Show your support by appearing on our giant Citizens Wall at Brussels South station, and you might just win a trip to the heart of Europe! Our app is super quick and easy: simply upload your picture and select the value you stand for."

From the T&C:
"Ten winning spots on the grid will be randomly selected and placed in order in a sealed envelope. Following Belgian law, an additional question will be added to rule out chance.
Question: “How many citizens were living in the EU in January 2013?”
• Less than 500 million
• 500 million
• More than 500 million
The first three people (following the order of the list) to answer the additional question correctly will win the prize, i.e. a trip for two people to Brussels during the European Parliament’s Open Days. This prize includes transport from any city within the European Union, as well as one night for two people in a hotel in Brussels.
Photo requirements:
Your picture should be a portrait of one single person against a clear background. Distinctive political or religious signs are not permitted. The idea is to represent your European citizenship as best as possible. We look forward to meeting you!"

The T&C also mention a 'detailed T&C' (?!?!), which won't open for me, so can't see if an end date is mentioned.

Answer: From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union, more than 500 million (estimate, 2012)
