    Mine was dispached 22nd but hasn't arrived yet. Puts me off using them again.

    Normally takes about a week to ten days after despatch unless its a heavier item, then they use hermes. I just really like H&M stuff so it doesn't really put me off but I would never order from them if I was after something in a hurry

    Mine was dispatched on the 22nd too via Hermes and arrived yesterday. My mum's and my cousins (dispatched 22nd too) haven't arrived yet but they don't have a tracking button on their account and mine did. It depends on the delivery company used I suppose.

    Thank you to everyone making comments about delivery, I was worried mine was lost, still might be but gives me hope. My mums and brothers were dispatched after mine and they got them last week. :)
