First plus ppi
Hi. Apologize if this is in the wrong thread. I am new to this. I have just signed my acceptance forms for first plus PPI refund on 2 loans. How long would it normally take for the loan to be restructured as they have stated as well as the refunds my loan repayments would reduce. It has been about 2 weeks now and was asked to phone them today to see if the new loan had been restructured but nothing has been done as yet. Do they have to stick to the 28 day deadline or could it take longer???
