I simply do not understand why.
They may aswell suggest anyone with a ford fiesta get's to buy a new one at 30% of the price simply because they have a ford fiesta.
It makes little sense.0 -

The rules are on the government website. Can`t remember all the percentages but you have to live in it 5 years and then you can sell without any penalties. I know someone who is going to get £75000 off their council house and I don`t blame them. I don`t agree with the policy but given the chance most people would buy. My parents bought theirs and I now own it (don`t live there) with my sister but they never agreed with the policy.0 -

Do your parents still live there?"If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

No my parents bought it. I lost them both within 6 weeks of each other only last year and can`t bear to sell it. I was born there. Another family member lives there now.0
