Experian and Equifax discrepancy - help!

Hi,

Tried to search for the answers to this but couldnt find anything.

Ended bankruptcy last week. Today am for the first time cleaning up my credit files. I have applied for a credit card (Vanquis) and been successful with this. However here is the problem.....

Experian is showing a credit score of 927 (good) and I was very pleasantly surprised with this! It shows none of the companies I owed money to before the bankruptcy, one positive factor and two negative factors, my age and also lack of store card (which I will sort today also).

Equifax however is showing all the old companies (mortgages etc) and is showing these as being "defaulted".

Should I write to these companies to ask for this to be updated with Equifax? Why aren't they updated as they have been with Experian? Any useful hints/tips for moving forward?

Thanks for any responses!
