The VIP sale is online only. Not in store. And it doesn't matter where in the UK you are located when you use your VIP slot. You can't pass on your VIP slot to someone else. It doesn't work like that.

I know how frustrating it is for those who didn't get a slot and I really feel for you (as I have sometimes not been invited and been quite annoyed about it) but on this occasion, you are not missing, seriously. I have looked through the VIP slot and can't see anything worth buying. Alot of it is also old stock from last summer's catalogue. Haven't noticed anything from the catalogue that they sent in January.

It also says if you don't buy anything in the VIP sale, they won't invite again anyway.....

I buy plenty and have returned none for a while and the last time they told me as I dont receive a directory delivery that I am not entitled to a VIP slot. I am ready to complain again as I and I am sure many others dont use the directory which just ends up in the recycling so what is the point. Literally it would go from my front door to the recycling as I always shop online or go in store!!! grrrr
