CCJ satisfaction question
fevlo
I have a CCJ that has been paid in full and I have a letter from the original creditor confirming that they have received full payment.
I want to get this marked as Satisfied on my credit file and at the Registry.
Can I do this by simply sending the court the letter from the creditor?
I know I can apply for a certificate of satisfaction but I don’t physically need the certificate which there is a court fee applicable for.
Is getting the certificate and paying the fee the only way to have it marked as satisfied.
