Hi I've recently moved over the border and am filling in a scottish bankruptcy form, anyone here able to offer advice ? just a few pointers needed but i dont want to list it all out if no one can help.

Have you already spoken to one of the free debt advice organisations, like CAB?
I'd always recommend doing that before you do anything else.
If you've literally just moved to Scotland, there might be a residency issue. CAB should be able to check that out for you.0
