The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Win a Trip for Two to Ireland’ contest on the Insight Vacations Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/InsightVacations. By entering our contest you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to abide by these Terms and Conditions then please do not enter the contest.

1.1. This contest allows all residents* over the age of 18 to enter the contest. Employees of Insight Vacations and members of their direct families (this also includes any live-in or long term partner), as well as all of the companies within the Travel Corporation group are ineligible to enter the contest. Any entries by these individuals will be invalid. *Entry is limited to residence from the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), South Africa, Singapore, United States of America (50 states and the District of Columbia, excluding without limitation Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories and Possessions) and Canada (excluding Quebec). No purchase is necessary and it will not increase your chances of winning a prize.
1.2 Insight Vacations reserves the right to ask for proof of entrant’s or winner’s age and/or evidence to verify identity at any time during or after the Contest, and may use any appropriate means that are available to conduct checks of any of the details consequently provided.
1.3 The contest starts at 12:01 am London, UK time (BST) on March 16, 2013 and closes at 23:59 pm London, UK time (BST) on April 21, 2013. Any entries received after this date will not qualify for the contest. The date and time will be set to London, UK. The winner will be selected randomly by April 30, 2013 and will be contacted by telephone or email by a representative of Insight Vacations. The winning contest entrant must reply within 10 calendar days of notification to maintain eligibility and answer a mathematical skill-testing question over the phone. If the winner cannot reply within 10 days following the first attempt of contact, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, or declines the prize shall be forfeited and Insight Vacations has the right to select another winner.
1.6 Entries must not come from third parties. Bulk entries cannot be accepted.
1.7 Any entries which are not in accordance with these contest Terms and Conditions, or that are not received by Insight Vacations by the closing date April 21, 2013 will be void.

2.1 One prize will be awarded. The winner will win a 7 day 2013 Focus on Ireland coach tour including 6 nights premium accommodation, 6 buffet breakfasts and 3 dinners for 2 people, courtesy of Insight Vacations and return economy air tickets from the nearest International airport – in and out of Dublin, Ireland for 2 people. Total prize is valued at $7,500 US ($8,250 AU, £2,700). Note: There are blackout periods and will be subject to seat availability at the time of booking. All taxes, fees and surcharges which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Additional meals, optional excursions, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfer (if applicable), items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Tour must be completed by the last 2013 departure date of said tour.

2.2 Insight Vacations may decline to supply the prize, in the event of non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions or an entrant's breach of these terms, including fraud or dishonesty.
2.3 Insight Vacations reserves the right in its exclusive judgement to deny delivery of the prize until such proof of eligibility and/or identity has been confirmed or to disqualify the entrant from the contest if they have not complied to the Terms and Conditions.
2.4 As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation required by Insight Vacations and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. Winner must also agree to provide a selection of photos from their trip and agree to be interviewed by our PR team for potential press release, blog post or other social media updates.
2.5 No cash equivalent (where applicable), replacement or alternative prize will be given to the winner, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of circumstances beyond its control Insight Vacations reserves the right to change or amend the prize and/or to offer a substitute of comparable worth or cost.
