    The default and CCJ can be mitigated, dependent upon the detail of the case but this is incredibly unlikely at 90% loan to value.

    Unless the brokers can see something in the detail of your case, it is incredibly unlikely that with a 10% deposit you will have options.

    Get to 15% deposit and put some time between the late payment markers and you will be fine.

    The default disappears in September as its 6 years are up, also gives me time to get that extra 5% and puts more time since ccj and late payments so will look again then.
