Manhole cover collapsing

Can anyone please help me?
Just wondering if the drain wall under my manhole cover in my driveway is my responsibility or the councils?
Will ring Castlereagh during the week but just in case anyone has a similar problem.

There's a small chance it might be a public sewer (belonging to Northern Ireland Water - the council don't look after drains any more), but this is unlikely in the driveway. If so, it should have a heavy duty cast iron cover (like you'd find in a road).

It's probably a private drain serving your house only - pop the lid off and have a look. If the pipes are bigger than 150mm it'll be public.
