Hi
Can anyone help, my childminder has been told she needs planning permission to childmind from home, this has all come about because her neighbour has got a bee in his bonnett about the ext she has had built (for personal/not childminding use as he states).
she has had the planning application declined, can anyone please offer any advice, as it says on the planning portal that she doesn't need planning permission to childmind as long as the home is still the primary home.
If anyone can offer advice I can give more details, but don't want to go into too much detail on here.. otherwise he might know who I am :-)
Thanks in advance everyone x
