Thanks for all your replies, really really appreciated, definitely investigate all the avenues and will be let you know how we get on.
As for saying 'maybe they are not interested' because I haven't replied till now violetta, have you ever considered it could be due to something else other than not being interested, like the fact I've actually been going through a miscarriage!!
Thanks again everyone and i will let you know what happens.0 -

Hi, so I said I would let you know how we got on.
Well after a rough few months health-wise and much banging his head against the wall funding wise, my husbands mother helped him out via a bank loan as she could see it was a really good business idea and would work. Plus he has someone he can talk to regarding business via 'enterprise mentoring'
No other place was forth coming and we looked and tried everything. Everyone thought his idea was great but then nothing!
He came close with one place only to fall at the last hurdle by being told the funding was actually for businesses who were already trading - telling their advisor's that, would have been helpful!
Anyway he has the funds now and is making headway with ordering equipment etc. so hopefully he will be trading in next few months :T :j
I know this will really help him feel good and hopefully things will improve from there, in more ways than one. Many thanks again for all the advice and ideas, they were really appreciated.0
