FTB Mortgage - 3 Months Statement

Hi All

I am in the process of getting my mortgage sorted out. I need to provide 3 months statements which show my wage going into my account..

my question is: does the statement have to show every transaction or can i get my bank to print off a statement which only shows my wage going in?

thanks

You will need three consecutive months' bank statements showing all the transactions during that period.

The lender will wish to see your account conduct over that period, not just your salary credits.

They came back and asked me what my DD to Fenwicks was. Had to explain it was for my TV but that it was settled the month before I applied for the mortgage which they were fine with.

They'll be looking at whether you're in you're O/D too. When I was applying I was told it would only be questioned if I'd went more than £200 O/D which I hadn't ;)

Ive been > 600 into my overdraft for the last couple weeks thanks to my car, but i have cash which will take me well over and i get paid the day i have to produce the paperwork..

Im dreading this scrutinization! Panic stations!! Hopefully the fact i am putting down a hefty deposit will swing it in my favour.. One of the reasons i am in my od is because i have been putting a big percentage of my wage away for the deposit..
