When were all the defaults applied?
  • I started my debt free road today aswell :) Think Im going to try and get rid of my smaller debts first so I can cross them off and feel like I am achieving something.

Have you worked out how much spare money you have each month for payments?

    :D

Yeah, need the dates of default.

Also are you paying the debts off to the lenders or third parties who they have sold the debt to?
  • In order as written before, the default dates are:

    30/04/10
    31/03/10
    27/05/10
    Satisfied one goes here...
    24/12/09
    01/04/10
    24/11/11

    Ok

Next step, do a statement of affairs (SOA) which will tell you how much you have to put towards your debts each month.

Total is 3236 so it could be anything from months to years to clear it depending on your income.

Did you have PPI on any of these accounts?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
  • Hey,

Well in my other post I put about this, I don't actually have any of the paperwork anymore for any of these :( due to multiple moves and stuff and just generally ignoring everything.
I'm not sure about PPI... How can I find out?
