Debts included in an IVA

Sorry if this is not the correct board to post this on but i have a meeting with Payplan tomorrow and I have a little query.

One of my options might be to discuss an IVA but i was wondering if i my student loan details will be taken account into this?

Up until very recently your student loans could be included in an IVA proposal; the general consensus was that this loophole may soon be closed. When I was thinking of doing one, I included my student loan in my IVA proposal (back in February).

I will say that Payplan advised me I *couldn't* include my student loan - I had to find another IVA provider who was willing to do it.
