IVA settled early and now needing a mortgage

Options
Hi all

I sadly found myself in an IVA 3 years ago having been made redundant, childcare fees etc etc. Good news is that 3 years on I have settled my IVA early and paid it off.

I am now waiting for my certificate of completion, following PPI investigation which has to be done first.

I am hoping to move house soon. I earn £60k per annum, and have between £50 and £60k to put down as a deposit.

Could anybody recommend a good lender? I appreciate the cost of credit will be expensive at first...

Any help gratefully received.

Forget who the lenders will be, you will most likely need a broker for this.
As for how possible it is will depend on how much you want to borrow. Im not even sure if you can get one so soon after coming out of the IVA but i dont think it will take a broker too long to find that answer out.
