When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So from 01/04/12 until 31/12/12 a total of 1,465,705 requests for keeper details were made. Parking Eye are by far the biggest company asking for details. Over 540k in this period. And in 2011-12 they made again over 540k requests but went to court 5 times, very interesting lolWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Its no wonder DVLA are very reluctant to ban Parking Eye from recieving this data.So from 01/04/12 until 31/12/12 a total of 1,465,705 requests for keeper details were made. How many are on the BPAAOS? can't see compex development, wilsea services, fmg support,I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Parking Eye went to court in 0.0009 % of tickets issued, so in 99.9991 % of the time they don't go there lolWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

So if the DVLA is going to make money from this then let them charge £25 instead of £2.50. That way some of that money should find its way back into the government coffers and help lower taxes. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Considering there areabout 30 million registered vehicles, that's 5% of all vehicles whose details were requested over a 9 month period. Leaving aside the fact there will be dulicats/multiple requests, doesn't that soud a little excessive. I am dead certain the PPCs could not justift due cause for all million and a half requests. So from 01/04/12 until 31/12/12 a total of 1,465,705 requests for keeper details were made.0 -
I think these are electronic figures are from the ANPR only, because there are quite a few companies go the ticket on car method. Perhaps the correct wording is how many requests for RK details by BPA AOS members in the 5 year period, mentioning specifically all methods of getting these details. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Not all of the PPC's make direct use of the EDI. Many of them make use of the bureau service operated by the likes of Ranger Services, Roxburgh and DR+ and their figures will not therefore show up.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
