Just wondering. Somehow, I'm scared they will say 'no, you have to carry on struggling and living on economy beans'.

I don't think they ever do.
The judge queried mine (on the day around £5600-rose to about £7800after I actually went BR!!) She called me in and made sure I understood what would happen and the seriousness. Suggested an Administration order, but as I had no CCJ's this was not an option.
She then declared me Bankrupt.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
As long as you've sought prof advise and have been advised that BR is the way forward then it's highly unlikely that they will say no. It will be plain to see from your petition that you are insolvent so there should be no reason for them not to grant it.BSC Member 59 - AD 29th March 2008

if i recall the OR can have the bankruptcy revoked if there is proof of fraudulent behavior but i think it has to be major for this to happen otherwise a Bankruptcy restriction order can be imposed for various reasons, details of which are on https://www.insolvency.gov.ukOfficial DFW NERD 189
I may be a woman but dont hold it against me:D
