Back at the end of January I was in dire straights after being a complete clown and idiot with credit cards. I had £56k of debt and was slowly disappearing on my way to oblivion, with no one prepared to help. I had been through 2 FA's who did their best but could find no lender to help consolidate my debt with a mortgage. I know the consolidation warnings, but I was sure this was the best option as I had good equity in my property and a new powerful mindset to get my, and my families, life back . My credit rating was shot due to an argument with Cahoot over a "arrangement to pay" which in fact was only 1 late payment, but still they punished me. Thanks Cahoot, Ombudsman case still ongoing. Anyway I was desperate with the thought of loosing my house et al. THEN I stumbled across a chap called Dave from a company called Simply Investment Ltd. The help and guidance was unbelievable, this man and his team hauled my from the abyss and acheived a good motgage from a high street lender that no one else could do. Sir, if you are reading this, I and my family thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are the man! This is not an advert, just a simple tale of a fool who had no way out, but someone stepped up to help. There is always hope!
