I think it depends on the court. The literature I got said I needed 3 copies, but on the day I was only asked for one. I'd take at least 2 copies of everything to be on the safe side. Remember to also keep a copy for yourself as you'll need that later on if/when you have further discussions with the OR.

i only took one copy as they photocopied it themselves at the court ,but have seen often people need to take 3 so i would go for middleground and take 2 .Official DFW NERD 189
