Mortgage repayment calculation - Iphone App

hello
can some one recommend a good Iphone mortgage app that i can use to work out the changes if i make mortgage overpayments and show them in a graphical form (principal,interest,overpayment) and show me the savings i would make etc.
My friend showed me "Karls mortgage calculator" on his android phone which had nice graphs etc but i could not find it on the itunes library.
Is it not available on apple devices?
All help appreciated.
