Free Bee Friendly Phacelia Seeds

The Soil Association are offering a free packet of organic phacelia seeds to help protect and strengthen bee populations.

EDIT, Monday 17 March, 4.20pm. Since we launched this offer on Friday afternoon we’ve been amazed at the response - thousands of you want to do your bit to help bees. As a result, we have extended the free seed offer to the first 30,000 respondents.

Although the decision to ban the chemicals failed initially, there is still a chance of it being passed on appeal. The Soil Association supports Avaaz and this petition. Thanks.

The Soil Association has updated their page to say they've been amazed at the response and have actually increased the number of seeds they're giving away! 30,000 packets are available. I've never seen anyone doing freebies actually decide to give away more than they'd intended!
