Expired clubcard reward vouchers

Hi,

Just found £30 of Clubcard Days Out Vouchers in a drawer which expired two weeks ago. Phoned Tesco to see if they could be replaced/refunded but was told they couldn't do anything.

Has anyone had any luck trying to get a better outcome in this situation?

someone posted on here a few weeks ago- sorry can't find the original post but they were able to use recently expired vouchers online so maybe see if they are still on your clubcard account and give it a shot.

Sounds like they have already been exchanged for Days out vouchers and they have changed the rules on being able to have them put back on your account as points.

The only thing I would suggest is to try writing to them saying that you did not know the rules had changed and see if they will do anything for goodwill.

Other than that not a lot you can do really I am afraid.

I found a few vouchers the other day that were at least 2 weeks out of date and to my surprise I was able to order Cineworld tickets for them. So my advice would be to give it a try - not much to lose really.

The Op says they have expired Days out vouchers, you cannot order other rewards once they have already been exchanged.
