I am baffled.
I can understand it in some cases where it is simply not possible due to circumstances but that is clearly not the case here. How can someone not understand that they are making a nice fiscal profit if they have the money to pay in full but want to haggle down further than a 25% discount. I wish my ISA or annual pension plan returned that!0 -

Please point out where I have said I have the "money to pay in full"? At no point have I said this. What I have said, is that we have sold the house in order to repay our debts. Have you thought this might just be taking into consideration the fact that discounts on full & final settlements are readily available?
You don`t know my personal circumstances at all, so if you don`t have anything helpful or constructive to say, maybe don`t say anything.0
