Hi there sorry this is my first post but desperately need advice I was on a Trust deed which has failed I have now been advised to go down the low income bankruptcy route as I have been paid off and ended up on ESA my question is I am with the Bank Of Scotland which I have a basic bank account with I have been told by friends the moment I start with the bankruptcy my account will be frozen is this true as all I get paid into the account is my Employment Support Allowance
