do you sleep wearing them?

No. We were never meant to wear big bits of plastic in our mouths. Your gums need time to breathe and recover.0

My grandmother took hers out at night. I think she put them in steradent overnight, but my step-dad kept his in.0 -
If you use steradent cold water only , otherwise it bleaches and weakens the plastic.
Leaving dentures in at night is likely to result fungal infections under the plate, like thrush.0 -
This is not relevant to the original question but taking false teeth out reminds me of a friend who had some false top teeth at the front. He used to take them out and drop them into his pint of beer at the pub! He said it was to make sure no-one stole his pint. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Yes - only ever take them out to brush them - I've never soaked them either. It seems to make them porous and they stain more easily.0

I have always slept with mine in.0

I've got one false tooth right at the front on the bottom and i hardly ever use it. You can't notice the space, and if i wear it and try and eat it catches and comes out. I think the only time i use it if going out somewhere special, to be honest i'm not even sure where it is.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
