Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy bridesmaid dresses. I don't want to spend a fortune, ideally I would like to spend about £100 per bridesmaid for dress and shoes, but can go a bit higher if needs be. I'm only having 2 bridesmaids so if it is a little more then not a huge problem (but less would be even better!!).
One bridesmaid is a size 20 so some shops aren't catering for the bigger sizes, especially discount stores. I would ideally like both bridesmaids to where the same dresses (they like the same style so that would work well anyway) but failing that both wearing the same colour and material would be fine.
I'm ideally looking for something fairly traditional full length, in an empire cut, satin or chiffon but very flexible, really depends on what we can find and what looks good on them. Also quite flexible on colour.
We are based in the midlands and happy to go and travel to a shop or order online.
I'm a bit wary of having something made in China as I've heard a few horror stories, but it's not completely out of the question.
I've heard a few good things about Lightinthebox so that is also a possibility.
Any hints, tips or ideas much appreciated!!

Do you have a Boundary Mill or other such outlet near you? My bridesmaids got lovely Kurt Muller dresses for £30 each.
But have a good look around - you would be surprised at what you can find in the High Street at your normal stores such as Next, BHS etc etc
