Think I might go for the Rose (plus fillers) later. If my maths is correct I'm hoping this is how it should work out

Echo Falls White Zinfandel x 8

    £1.98 x 8 = £15.84
    -25% (£3.96)
    - multibuy discount (£3.84)
    Get PP back for £2
    =£6.04 for 8
    =76p per bottle

Baby about to go down for morning nap so going to have to wait a bit to test out :)

Dont worry about the size of the PP, a £10 one is VERY "manageable" as it is printed out at the till and you dont need your receipt when you redeem it.
No questions should be asked, and if they are, just say you did a £300 shop ;)

Exactly what I was about to write.
I've used £8+ and £9+ till spit TPPs and they've not even batted an eyelid.
I get trouted over the MOCs I use instead :D
I did a just over £40 shop last night and with MOCs and a £9 TPP I got it down to about £14 and then the SA watched it spit out a £8 TPP and just looked at me and said 'you've done your homework then' :D

  • As I mentioned earlier, the red/ black strategy is simply a way to generally come close to preserving your £20 stake whilst you (necessarily) play through it. Nobody suggested it was a way to make money. Your profit is in the cashback.:beer::cool:

Ok so not many minatures sold by both T and A but the following on 4 for £5 in A and 2 for £3 in T so for each 4 should get little PP for £1 back? May be useful for those wanting to make up the bottles of wine with 2 Finest Meal deals?

    Hardy's Stamp Shiraz Cabernet
    Hardy's Stamp Semillon Chardonnay
    Echo Falls White Zinfandel

Obviously would need to make sure have 10 items etc

Are the minatures a good buy? I'm trying to get my head around some numbers and thinking if these are a good price (with a TPP return) they'd be perfect as wine hamper pressies....

Catchup done, brekkie done and the sun is still shining:Tso am going to take advantage of this and venture out armed with my moc's and try and use a few.;)Also a bit of not Mse retail theraphy to brighten my day(look for a Wedding Outfit)to compliment my gorgeous Peter Kaiser shoes and bag I got very cheap in a Posh area Charity Shop a few weeks ago.

Hope everyone who wants wine gets it sorted .I am not a wine drinker:(but had it been Brandy I would have been delighted.

Hope you all stay safe and warm today.

Depends how much you drink ;) Think last night we established that 4 small bottles equivalent to one large bottle so like paying just over £3 per standard bottle.
Not amazing if you'd drink it all but half of it would be wasted for me. Plus good for hampers etc as you say :D
