    On a more serious note, being cast iron they distribute heat very well and if the enamel is good qaulity they will last forever.,Only problem is that they are very heavy and if you drop one it won't break but the repair bill to the floor might be a shocker:eek:

    :( no winter gardens for me. I had to sell the tickets, no-one to go with :( My DS just started a PT a job a couple of weeks ago. He's off to Aberdeen this weekend and got a night off on Friday. He thought it might be cheeky to ask for another night off tonight....and it would have been. I didn't much fancy going on my own. On the plus side.....I made a profit on the tickets :)
