I was with Eon for a number of years (cheapest for me) but switched to EDF last year. I was happy with the way Eon reviewed my payments vs usage but EDF are a nightmare:eek: They seem to review my payments every time I put a meter reading in and never seem to take a long view. In the space of a few months I've had my own long term estimate of usage (120 - 140 pounds/month) go from £138 to £2 to £200 to £138(my request) to £188. What is the point of a steady direct debit that is supposed to even out the highs and lows of usage?
Hi artha
To be honest, we used to review payment arrangements after each bill. So, for quarterly customers, this was four times a year.
Following our Reset review that looked at all our relationships/processes etc, customers were telling us this was too much. Therefore, we now only look at changing the monthly amount, if necessary, twice a year.
The other two reviews are for info only so customers know where they are. The aim is to achieve as near as poss to a zero balance by the time of the annual review.
Hope this is of interest.

How likely is it they will roll these offers over....????? Some good buys look possible if they do and it glitches like last time. I like the 2 for 14.00 sparkling wines, which would be around 4 pounds a bottle, but if the finest vouchers work too there is a finest mundulla red wine 8.99 or 2 for 12 pounds which may be worth a go. I make that one 12 - 4.50 - 2.00 = 5.50 for 2 bottles. Fingers crossed!!
Emily, A's have a Blossom Hill Sparkling Pinot on offer 3 for £12 which is a good buy, seems no other store has it in stock (have been looking) as its about £8 normally
