Did a search and went back 10 hours and I can't find anything on hukd. Perhaps they are lurkers on here.

i searched a few times as well and cant see anything. they said in the shop that it was a friend that told them that seen it on hukd, i said are you sure it was not here. they said no, hukd. but i agree i think it was a lurker from here. but that person is a girl of 15 so is forgiven. i asked the user name to see if i knew it from here.

Well we are now back home. She is in her bed having had a hot chocolate and a sleeping pill they gave her to take. She was on the drip till 8.00p.m. then they sent off bloods told us at 10.30 all was clear and Mental Health team would come at 11.30 to see her and discharge her. OH went on home and boyfriend and I waited for her. She has an appt with our doctor on Tuesday ( she had already made this herself) so they were happy that doctor will help her or she can refer back to them.
I just sat on the bed and had a chat with her as she wanted to know what happened cause she cant remember from about an hour after she took them until about 3.00p.m.this afternoon. DS is coming home Sunday from London to see her and my younger brother and sister have been fab since last night.
Regarding the job she has worked 3 days a week at an Estate agents for the last 5 months but was looking for a full time job. So they said they would make her up to full time working 45 hours 1 week and 49 the next. she was on minimum wage of £6.19 per hour and they said they would put her on a salary and commision. She was so pleased as she really likes the job.
Anyway she started new hours on Monday and told me she thought he might give her £7.00 or £7.50 per hour. But he came to office yesterday afternoon and have her a piece of paper that said her basic salary would be £8000.00 per year with £15.00 per reservation for rentals, £20.00 per renewal of leases and 1% per sale. She said since she has worked there they have only had 2 renewals, they average 3 rentals a month and have only sold 1 house in the 5 months she has been there,
We worked it out that a minimum wage she should be on about £15000 for those hours. She told me the supervisor in the office gets £250.00 reservation fees paid straight into her bank account. So it would seem he expects her to work more hours for less money and the magic £8000.00 is to avoid him paying 13% Employers NI and he would be paying her the fees in cash. He also does not let them have a lunch break on a 8.5 hour day.
Dont know how she stands re notice etc as she has only been there a short time.
My main worry is her health but she is calm and sleeping and talking to me about it all. Her bf was fab and really helped as did her Dad.
