DTD is just there way of saying sorry for being overcharged and should have no impact on you returning/exchanging.

Doubt it would be as simple as that, but if you can find it on their wall you could print it off and take it with you. Good luck!

You're wrong - I don't see paying for a few extra moves and lollipop hammers here and there as cheating and the game rewards you for doing it My OH will not pay a penny and now he's stuck. I was stuck and stopped playing for a week then I had a go and completed the level first try. It was like the game wanted to keep me because I pay occasionally but OH never gets a lucky break from the game as it can't make any money from him
