I agree David. this is the reason, I did not say anything at first, thought the boy must have done something to attract the PCSO's attention, but it was clear from this officers stinking attitude, when he said 'clear off' to me, I know something was not right!

A proper pc popping round mine tomorrow to take a statement!

I'm sorry but I'm on the side of the PCSO. There are too many nuisance youths out and about causing problems for everyone. You may have seen the altercation between the two but you didn't see what the male was doing before he was apprehended. If all police officers and PCSO's acted like you claim this one did then I'm sure the police would receive fewer calls relating to nuisance youths. You say he was a young boy but if he was 14 I'd call him a young adult and he wouldn't have been apprehended for the fun of it.

I can see where you are coming from Booboo. I've been very tempted to do the same sort of thing to local youths causing problems in my road but know I must stop short of any physical contact.

Well I know where you are coming from here but I can not agree with it.
I have seen gangs of youths kicking about when I have been out with the dogs/etc was I bothered by them no. Would I have been if I was younger /older or female maybe but they where just a group of teenagers doing nothing wrong.
We would not say I saw a gang of pensioners outside asda up to know good (unless it was patty and her crew :D)
But the law has to uphold the law and assault is not part of it

    Thanks, It's my dogs name : )
I feel for PCSO's they have no police powers and are called plastic coppers. I work for the police (office bound) and know what !!!! they get day in and day out especially from youths.
