Second one is to do it twice with another Amex card, another family member, Amex really don't care.

Look Squill you are succeeding in getting me interested!!!

Avios - anybody else in NI do these?- I would be able to do the spend required on this and wonder whether because I am in NI .....is there limited availability on flights etc.

Anyone think there is any mileage in this ?

Started an online shop to see if the £2 Finest code worked on pre multibuy prices and found something else by accident

Put in 3 x Finest Parmigiano at £4.11 per pack (on 3 for 2 )

    Total £12.34

    Total Multibuy savings - £20.99 !!!!

    Total to Pay - £8.65

Oh, and the Finest code works as well :)

    Any ideas what's happening ?

Haven't looked at it in detail yet but I am interested. Is it £8.65 for 3 after the finest code or £8.65 before the finest code. I haven't looked for mags yet......

Absolutely bloody shocking. If you have their phone number call them and tell them how low you feel. Back to gp and see if he/she can give them a push. 2 years is an unfunny joke. Do not put up with the "people worse than you". Im pretty sure there were people worse than me when I went too....well I paid my tax/ni and I believe I am as entitled to treatment as ANYONE else and so are YOU.
The worst thing about being in your situation is loosing the ability to fight/stand up for yourself (well it was for me anyway). and yet that is what you are having to do just to get the help you need/deserve.
So to recap....Back to GP to badger the life out of them regarding treatment. Phone the place directly badger them too - tell them on the phone of how you feel at your lowest/worst days...don't be shy they will have seen it and heard it all before. If you don't feel upto fighting for your own rights then either enlist the help of a friend or even social services (Im not sure which department but im sure someone there would be able to help).
Just as a reference i think I had to wait approx 6 weeks and half my bloody town are "depressed" lol. g

'The folks on the hill' (parliment buildings) are thinking about closing my nearest mental health unit, they have been trying to outsource the work done there for years to the extent that the people who use it at the moment don't have much in the way of continuity of care. Many get a different therapist each time they go so start everything over and over again, so not good.
My GP didn't think I needed any help other than meds because they've helped before but that was with DH's support and without him I have no one close who I trust not to judge my warped viewpoints :o:p. I had to push to get the referral.
It is for this reason I've done a self referral, I'll follow that up with a call to see what happens after they check the forms out. I know there is a local waiting list of 85 for this service.
I don't want social services involved, don't like many of the social workers I've had to deal with in the past due to the kiddies I used to mind, some were more hassle than it was worth.

Anyway, here's the details of yet another disastrous SFSB multibuy test shop..

    1 x Dolmio Bolognese Sauce - Original Light (500g)£1.50£1.00
1 x Dolmio Bolognese Sauce - Chunky Sweet Pepper (500g...£1.50£1.00
2 x The Lake District Cheese Co. Mature Cheddar (350g)£4.00N/A
2 x The Lake District Cheese Co. Extra Mature Cheddar ...£4.00N/A
    3 x Dove Men+Care Silver Control Anti Perspirant Deodo...£6.00£5.25

Not the end of the world as I got a bit of cash back, however, I'm sure both cheeses are on MSM?

This looks to me like the cheeses are on BOGOF at the competitor. BOGOFs are not included in the APG anymore (this was a change that stemmed from the 'solution' to the 3 for 2 glitch from last year).
It looks like, because you've bought the number required for the BOGOF, for both cheeses, both of them have come back N/A - however, if you had put, in one shop, one of each of the cheeses it would have glitched and given 10% off the BOGOF as it doesn't recognise the APG exclusion when different items are bought that are comparable and in the BOGOF at the competitor.

Thanks for this, docs have asked me to keep a food diary, we have another appointment nxt week.

He is only 13, docs have said they cannot give medication as too young, just monitor what he eats .

I am so sorry to hear your news, hope everything goes ok for him, take care.

I have suffered from IBS for a long time and had a rough year with it last year. I did lots of googling and came across an article that mentioned a product called Symprove. It is a probiotic liquid and it has been proven beneficial to many sufferers. Anyway, after all else has failed I sceptically gave it a go. It is recommended that you take it for 4 weeks minimum. I was convinced it was just a ruse to get more money out of people but after taking it for approx 6 weeks I am happy to say that apart from a couple of small flare ups I am much better. Hope it helps somebody but check with GP first - esp in the case of children.
