    TOSCO
    You buy two cows
You discover that you have been charged double the price on the SEL
You speak to a trout and get DTD
You discover that the cows are 10% horse

You discover the trout is really a cow :D

When we were on holiday years ago a male holidaymaker was propositioned by another in the sauna, he asked to see his pecker - but perhaps he meant his dabber.:D

Are we still talking about a certain someone's dabber and it's size? ;)
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back

  • Hi old friends. Not sure if already posted but you can get 2 x £10.10 for buying a travel insurance policy from More Than on TCB. Ie works twice. I tried 3x and didn't track so would be interested to know if others succeed.

A 1 day single trip UK policy costs about £3.60 ISTR.

Don't hang around as expires today.

Would much appreciate it if anybody tries 3 and it tracks, if they let me know.

    Wouldn't mind a few more T points.

I will post my theory on TCB/ Tesco in a moment for your consideration & comments. (Might be rubbish lol)
  • FWIW my thinking is that £50 seems an arbitrary figure whilst both Tesco & TCB assess the impacts of this promotion.

It could go up, down or even be removed.

But if there are enough people in the same boat as myself, ie deserting Quidco and converting to TCB purely because of the Tesco points, then logically TCB will be quite pleased at the increased membership and commission. Tesco will probably be happy enough as they fix payment for the points in a way that covers their costs (and benefit in other ways, Clubcard points is after all a LOYALTY scheme).

So I reckon there's a decent chance that in time the £50 limit will be increased.

In which case, I would be rash to convert out any TCB cashback via the other methods: it might as well just sit there on the off chance I can get more Tesco points in future.

Evening. Just a quick post before I bath tigercub. My herbal essences shampoo tracked on tcb for £1.... But I only bought a 200ml size for £1 in A :j free shampoo. But it ends tomorrow so be quick ;)

I had a womble with the old el paso on which also had "shampoo" on it too, when i checked on the APG it was head and shoulders that they had bought, i always put an asterix (*) next to the product that i am claiming for with tcb and they paid out for the old el paso and the shampoo which i had not even asterixed:T
