Maybe daft Q but is there any point wombling at mr t now? On auto pilot picked up a£100+ receipt but then relised then would have got it at the till!! Did get the £5 off thou

I have capel tunnel and it flared up for 3 weeks a year and a half ago. I didn't get more than an hours sleep a night with it, literally climbing the walls and never had pain like that ( both left and right arms affected ) normal pain killers don't touch nerve pain or they didn't for me and I was treated with old style antidepressants which can treat nerve pain. Wish I'd have known about this thread then as I could have joined in with the night shift lol x
