I told them I was having difficulty finding the new range of washing up liquids locally (couldn't even remember the name!) and they emailed me back with "speak to Tesco and come back to us again if you wish". No freebie.
Still got £2 voucher from Heinz today for telling them that I thought their new soups were far too expensive. "Try a couple with our compliments". Make a change from Tesco own brand, I can tell you
