After my pop at bugsy a few days ago he threw his toys out of the pram, after making a stupid comment, not saying the comment above isn't appropriate but learn to take it if you're giving it out.

If it is a moan about not getting credit then I wouldn't waste my time, even the FOS don't uphold complaints about internal credit decisions so no matter who you talk to in the company they won't give a hoot
