I don’t know if you have been watching Cheltenham this week but for anyone that wants to go racing for free (although there is an admin fee of £3.50, I think), Ascot Racecourse are hosting a free raceday on 1st May where you can enjoy an afternoon of racing fun.
I went two years ago and it was fantastic :j, I would recommend trying it especially if you haven’t been racing before as it doesn’t cost you anything. You also get a free racecard and free parking and the racing is actually quite good quality.
There is a ballot to register interest before your tickets are sent, but I would recommend you have a look.
