Thanks for posting. Here are the Ts&Cs:

1. By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to “WIN an action packed adventure holiday to Benidorm with Bank!”
3. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
4. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK‚ except employees of Bank‚ Visit Benidorm‚ their families‚ agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
5. Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on https://www.bankfashion.co.uk/Benidorm
6. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
7. Only one entry per household.
8. The closing date for receipt of entries is 5th April 2013 at midnight.
9. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Bank. If the winner is not contactable within seven days‚ Bank reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
10. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Fundaci!n Turismo de Benidorm‚ Plaza Canalejas‚ 1‚ Edificio‚ Torrej!‚ 2° planta‚ 03501 Benidorm‚ Alicante‚ Spain
11. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer‚ promotions or discount.
13. It is the winner’ss responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and are legally entitled to travel. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility.
14. The holiday prize for 2 people comprises:
– 2 x return economy flights from the UK to Alicante airport
– Return shared shuttle transfer from Alicante airport to Benidorm
– 7 nights 4 star hotel accommodation sharing a twin room, half board or can opt for a self catering apartment.
– Entrance to all 5 theme parks
– One Segway Tour per person or a cycling/walking tour
– One Boat Trip per person to Benidorm island
– Entrance to one nightclub
– A water sports activity such as windsurf‚ cable ski or kayak
15. The prize is subject to availability and excludes Easter Weekend and August. The prize is to redeemed by 15th December 2013. The winner and his/her chosen guest must provide his/her preferred travel date to the Promoter within fourteen days of being notified of winning.
16. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone‚ mini-bar‚ room service‚ meals etc) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money (d) UK transfers.
17. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes‚ if requested.
18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Bank or Visit Benidorm reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
19. No responsibility will be accepted by Bank for loss of entries through technical fault‚ transmission delays or incomplete‚ illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
20. Bank are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
