Personal Tax Allowance Question

Options
I have just received my tax code for the next tax year and it has spurred me into action over something that has been troubling me for a while. I have been working for the same company for over 15 years, including them going insolvent a couple of years ago, after which they started trading again. Now it is nearly ten years since i last had a pay, i have been taking home the same pay all that time. We never get pay slips, apart from when the company went under, so never really know our gross pay.
I feel a complete idiot not realizing what was happening before, but the fact is the personal tax allowance is not being past on to us employees. Our gross pay is being cut every year, not huge amounts but it all adds up,
My gross pay in 2003 was around £323, now in 2013 it is around £297, now after april i have worked it out to be about £288 if my take home pay stays the same.
During this time i have found myself in debt and i am now on a DMP.
From everything i have read by they are acting illegally by cutting my wages. I am hoping to speak to citizens advice next week and i need to speak to HMRC as well.
Has anyone got any ideas on where i stand.

Perhaps nowhere as you may have an agreement for a specific net pay and not gross pay. I assume your take home pay (ie your net pay) is staying the same?

What is your tax code for next year?
